Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

By accessing this website or purchasing from NT Digital ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before placing an order.

1. What we sell

NT Digital provides a range of digital productivity products, including templates, toolkits, guides and resources designed to help you streamline your workflow, improve efficiency and grow your online business. All products are digital files delivered by download — no physical goods are sold or shipped.

2. Licence and use

Products are licensed for personal, single-user use. You may not redistribute, resell, share or republish any part of our content without written permission. Team and classroom licences are available on request at conambar.geral@gmail.com.

3. Intellectual property

All content — text, design, graphics, templates and downloadable materials — is the property of NT Digital and is protected by copyright law.

4. Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown in ZAR (South African Rand) and may change at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price charged. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Paystack. We do not receive or store your full card details. By placing an order you authorise the charge to the payment method provided.

5. Delivery

Delivery is electronic and immediate: a download link is emailed to the address used at checkout once payment is confirmed. See our Refund & Delivery Policy for details.

6. Refunds

Every purchase is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, as described in our Refund & Delivery Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, or use our products in any way that breaches applicable law.

8. Limitation of liability

Our products are educational and organisational resources; we do not guarantee specific business results. NT Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time; the current version is always published on this page. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance.
